Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Engage with prospective clients to understand business and HR requirements
Pitch and position HRMS solutions aligned to customer needs
Schedule and conduct product presentations and demos
Support channel development initiatives, including onboarding and managing partners
Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth deal closures
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively
Meet and exceed assigned revenue and performance targets
Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree
0–3 years of experience in business development or software sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain professional client and partner relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Prior experience in SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise software sales will be an added advantage
